Itβs exciting times at The Plough with the introduction of a new Head Chef βPhil Bartleyβ. Well known within Brighton & Hove, and now beyond, Philβs been producing amazing food at our sister sites, Hove Place and The Cricketers, for many years now and we are pleased that he has decided to take The Plough under his wing too!
Philβs menus take a modern approach to classic pub food using the highest quality local produce. Our famous βDeli Boardsβ have been soured from Philβs other business, The Great British Charcuterie previously and are obviously here to stay!
βBartley Roastsβ are also extremely well know within the city, and getting booked in at one of these venue is always hard! Therefore we highly recommend you book in advance, as they really are to die for!
